The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a driving licence that has been valid for at least 1 year. Some higher-category models may require a higher minimum age. An additional driver can be added free of charge on request.
To collect the vehicle, you must present a valid driving licence and an identity document: the national ID card (CIN) for Tunisian residents or a valid passport for foreign visitors. Documents must be in the name of the main driver.
A security deposit is required at pick-up, the amount of which varies according to the vehicle category. It can be paid in cash or pre-authorised. The deposit is fully refunded when the vehicle is returned, provided it is in good condition and the terms have been respected.
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If returned with a lower level, the missing fuel will be charged, with a possible service fee.

Every vehicle is covered by comprehensive insurance including third-party liability. An excess remains payable by the renter in the event of an at-fault claim. Partial or full excess waiver options are available for worry-free driving.
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up date, with no fees. No bank card is charged at the time of booking.
Payment is made directly at vehicle pick-up, in cash or by card where available. No prepayment is required to confirm your reservation.
The vehicle may be driven throughout Tunisia. Leaving the country is strictly forbidden without prior written authorisation from the agency. Certain unpaved tracks may be excluded depending on the model.
A short grace period is granted at return. Beyond that, each started day may be charged at the current daily rate. Please notify the agency in case of any unforeseen event so an arrangement can be made.
